The new school is due to open in October 2008.

We have established a successful climate for learning; as acknowledged by HMI in their recent monitoring visit and our tracking of student progress indicates quite clearly a sharp increase in achievement and attainment at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. But we are not satisfied with that in itself and have set ourselves challenging targets for further improvement.

We are now in the process of planning the curriculum for the completely new school which we move into in October 2008. This is an exciting project and the architect has designed an elegant purposeful building which will be both part of the community and emphasise the centrality of the students in moving forward.
