Background: Born in Solihull but spending his childhood in Stafford, from a young age Mr Barber had a keen interest in swimming, and has competed up to national level. After moving to Sheffield to gain his degree in Social and Political Studies, he then came to Birmingham to Complete a PGCE in Secondary Citizenship Education. Joined Park Hall : 2005 Position: Teacher of Citizenship and Social Sciences. Current teaching: Y7-11 Citizenship; GCSE Health & Social care; BTEC First in Early Years; BTEC National in Early years He says: “As a new member of Park Hall and the highly successful Department of Social Sciences, I look forward to contributing to the hard work of both students and their teachers.
